Le Mas Roquepoix is located in an enchanting environment, while being close to an axis that makes it easy to shine to visit the Gers (in the heart of upper Armagnac). We enjoyed the plums of the Orchard and were able to observe the superb sky and the shooting stars in the large meadow in this place preserved from any light pollution. In high heat, the house is very cool. Near the Fleurance Astronomy Festival, which delighted young and old. Pleasure of relaxation in the beautiful light at the end of the day. Very spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding. Functional and well-equipped kitchen. Children's games. Recommended!

The house is exceptional, in a very quiet setting. We had a great time between the pool, barbuc and shooting stars. The host provided us with towels and fans (the house stays cool even in hot weather). Special mention to Patrick for his responsiveness and kindness. I recommend it 100%.

The cottage is set in a hamlet in the rolling hills of farmland not too far from Fleurance. We enjoyed walking on the paths on the property and along the small roads nearby. The music room is the star here. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house is a great base for exploring the region. There are sometimes other visitors in the house next door. We appreciated the attention to nature and the kindness of everyone here. Luc was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. And a positive note for electric car drivers: We found a very fast charger just a few km away in Montestruc.

Vincent's house is on the outskirts of the lovely old village of Auvillar with lovely views over the river. A very short walk takes you into the centre of the village. Vincent is very helpful and the house is special - he has renovated the large old village house to reveal the old brick and pebble walls. There is a good logburning stove which he had laid for us as the weather was cold and wet. The bedrooms are great with large comfortable beds and good linen. Very highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything is there and made to have a good time relaxing, playing and getting together. Thomas and Audrey are super hosts who are warm and very friendly. We would recommend it in a second.

spacious quiet accommodation. The 5 bedrooms are large, plenty of storage in the accommodation. The living room is large and the 2 toilets (1 on each level) and 2 bathrooms are practical. Jean and Marie Claude allowed us to leave later than the usual time, thank you again We'll keep the address if we have the opportunity to return to the area

We had a great time for a weekend. The house is very nice, even for 12 people with dogs and babies! Cherry trees and giant fig trees at the entrance, shaded terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and fields as far as the eye can see, really a treat!

Patrick was very welcoming with a nice aperitif bottle as a gift. The house is very comfortable, the garden and view are superb. A must-see in this beautiful region.

Jerome is very welcoming and very responsive. The apartment is well decorated and very clean, impeccable. He was flexible with the check-in time and we appreciated the little touches at check-in.

All the positive reviews below are no more than right! We had a wonderful stay in the special house of Joyce and Albert and would like to stay much longer. They have worked with heart and soul to create a beautiful place with a huge garden in which you repeatedly discover new elements of fauna and flora. Joyce and Albert manage to relax with them and were always ready with tips for excursions and visits. We have enjoyed the nice conversations from time to time. This is a gem to cherish!

Beautiful home where the living is good around the pool, outside or inside. Huge rooms, the kitchen too. Everything is provided, it's nice to arrive and be able to enjoy the pool directly. In short, everything is there to have a great vacation!!!

We had a great time at André! We came with two children aged 1 and 5 and the house was perfectly equipped (high chair, baby bed, changing mat, slide and swing in the garden). The layout of the house with a master suite at the entrance and the children's bedroom and an adult bedroom at the other end of the house allowed my parents and us not to walk on top of each other, it was very appreciable André was a very welcoming host, and adapted to our schedules Thanks again, our stay was perfect!

Ideal house for a family gathering as was the case for us. We weren't stepping on each other's toes, the space is big. Our hosts welcomed us with a small gift that we appreciated. We were able to visit the Gers with the information given by our hosts. In conclusion, we had a great time. Thank you very much.

We all absolutely loved this gorgeous big farmhouse . It’s even better than it looks in the pictures ! So stunning . A Very quiet & charming spot , in rural countryside , with everything you could want for a big family and friend’s type holiday . Beautifully renovated and so spacious and comfortable . The little town is walking distance ( although not much seemed open all at once ) , we were not there long enough to really experience it , as we did spend most of our time at the house . It’s very accessible from Toulouse , only 1 hour in a taxi if you’re not hiring a car. We managed to buy some shopping and bring it with us and then top up with things locally , and booked a private chef one evening to come in and cook . We caught the local bus back to the city for 2 euros . So it was Charlotte was so helpful with all of my questions and queries . Lovely little perks like the village bakery delivering baguettes and croissants , thanks to her help . Can’t recommend enough 10/10

A place ideally located for visiting the Albret and Armagnac. Well equipped for those who like to cook and enjoy the products that the terroir offers and its many markets. very functional accommodation and amenities.
