Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

The fall views of the autumn leaves from your private porch on Auburn's South Lewis St are spectacular . Walk to downtown Auburn just 3 block away. Two queen beds, a couch ( does not open) and a large cot for your family. Centrally heated and with three window AC units it is perfectly located to enjoy the maximum area with the minimum driving.
