(2 cots can be set up for any youth). Full bath with tub and shower, TV room with Kuerig, microwave, mini frig, and back wood’s view. Relax on front porch. Short walk to Fairgrounds and Pumpkin Vine trail. Close by places to eat. Notre Dame is 45 mins away. Shipshewana -40 mins. 60 miles to Lake MI. 3 hr drive to Chicago.

The neighborhood is safe and has easy driveway parking. Small home but has everything you need for a short stay or stay for work. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom and full stocked kitchen. Small washer and dryer unit in basement for small loads. Added touches and personalized thoughts depending on the length of stay and age of who is staying. It is 3 minutes to downtown and 15 or less to all hospitals. Local dining and shopping 2-10 min drive. Please message me before booking with pets.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

The spacious bathroom features light-colored tiles and a large mirror above a double sink. A unique octagonal window illuminates the room, complemented by a black towel rack and open shelving. A bathtub is visible at the end, enhancing functionality.
