My wife and I had a wonderful time in Kostas and Melina's Valley View apartment! From the apartment itself, to the breathtaking views over the valley to the warm hospitality of Kostas and Melina, everything was perfect. In addition to the quiet and idyllic location at the beginning of the village of Salakos, the hosts made our stay extra special. With their authentic and warm manner, they gave us tips for excursions and activities on Rhodes, let us try delicacies from their own farm (eggs, oil, olives, herbs) and made us feel at home. All this without being intrusive at any time. It was an unforgettable vacation. We will be back. It is recommended to arrive with a rental car. This way, you are flexible in your excursion activities and can optimally use the central location of the village in the middle of the island.

What Cem has carved out and created on this hillside is nothing short of my kinda heaven. The elegance of the escape is unfathomable his attention to detail and conscientious care and respect of the environment and all that is needed. We loved our daily climb up and down this wonderful taking us to the beautiful coastline. Our cuddles with chichi and jango the most loving cats. The sweet conversation. The stars which felt you could reach from the doorstep. We cherish our time at the Earthouse a very real wonderful escape from hussle and bussle world. We would most definitely love to comeback.

Everything was just perfect. One of the most beautiful stay ever!

What a fabulous stay! Away from the hustle of tourists, tucked into the mountain, with multiple wineries within walking distance. If you are after a cultural stay you’ll love M Anna’s house. They’ve loving restored their Grandmothers stone house and it’s full of original pottery and traditional furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and Anna kindly supplied us with a couple of delicious homemade meals during our stay. There’s a supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants. We walked to the bakery every morning for coffee and people soon recognised us. You could spend three days in the Village without a car - there’s lots within walking distance. If you want to go to the beach or historic attractions you’ll need a car. M-Anna’s house is perfect for a couple or a family with older children.

Our host was amazing! He met us at the apartment and even allowed us to keep his bags with his family (who are renovating the rest of the apartment block)! Very clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing place with a great pool area. You’re ok a busy road but still have privacy. 10 minute walk to the old town (15/20 to the main bars/restaurants) which we did not mind. Our host gave us lots of amazing recommendations - we would definitely stay again. Thanks!

One of the best equipped and cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The place was spotless. Every utility you'll ever need simply is there, amazing! The place was very easy to find on google maps, another great thing, you have your own driveway, so always room to park your car. Konstantinos, his wife and parents were very friendly and hospitable. He always replied fast if you needed some information. As a welcome gift he left some local wines for me, one of them I like so much I brought 12 bottles home with me If you go to Rhodes in search for a place away from mass tourism I definitely recommend this place. If you do want to see some of the island a rental car is a must. Konstantinos, great host, and thank you for having me!
