Positive experience, comfortable and clean accommodation. It had all the essentials. Miria was always available and thorough. Before our arrival, he sent us video explanations to understand where the apartment was and where the garage and how to get around comfortably inside the building. They were also very kind, giving us the opportunity to arrive the day before without expenses. The building is easily accessible and in a very quiet area, and right behind it has a well-stocked supermarket. Highly recommended!

This accommodation was great, it met expectations. The town of Pineto is a quiet and beautiful place, especially the park along the beach. The host communicated via WhatsApp, clearly and quickly responded, the handover of the keys went smoothly. I am very satisfied with this agency, I definitely recommend it.

The apartment is much better than in the photos! Very large, very clean, overlooking the sea and central location. The host was also super attentive, flexible with checkout, and provided us with an extra blanket when we needed it. Thank you! Our stay in Pineto will always be here from now on.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

We spent our holidays in a place really immersed in the beautiful Abruzzo countryside The owners were very kind and always available to our needs, they really recommended us very well both for eating and shopping what to visit . The house was as described and allowed us to relax thanks to its beautiful pool to the large outdoor spaces. Recommended for those with children and dogs like us

Our host was very kind and friendly. He suggested things to do in the area which we enjoyed. He even brought us a bottle of wine on Easter Sunday! Very attentive, would highly recommend :)

We were two families and had a great time. Very large house with large outdoor spaces, very comfortable barbecue area and finally a large swimming pool overlooking the valley. Great location 15 minutes from the sea. Highly recommended

Amazing location, very spacious spaces. Great for families with kids in tow. The photos probably don't make it enough. Really TOP, including the price and the owners are always available and kind. A few extra lights in the garden would be the icing on the cake.
