Vacation rentals with a pool in Atlantic Beach

April’s place was exactly as described. There are thoughtful amenities and plenty of space. The location was very convenient to the airport. After a small miscommunication, April went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable.

This place was amazing and really was nice. Save area and amazing amenities. I wanted to stay another night.

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

Her home was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and well maintained. Lots of little extras like beach chairs, pool toys, games and coffee. Hosts were responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

My husband and I and our two children stayed at Ty’s for a week. When we arrived, the check in process was clearly written and was a smooth process. Ty even brought extra pool floats and games/puzzles for my kiddos which was very kind. There had been a storm the day before we got there so there was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool. There were not many pool cleaning devices available so I reached out to him- unfortunately the pool cleaning company only comes on Tuesdays. He did provide me instruction on how to use the cleaner but I was not comfortable doing so so we just dealt with the debris. Otherwise, Ty was always promptly responsive. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This house is beautiful and matches the pictures perfectly. Very spacious and accommodating for our family of 7. The pool and spa are perfect temperatures all day long. The pool table, dart boards, and outdoor games kept the kids busy in our down time. The main living room has a massive TV and couch for relaxing at night. The bedrooms were perfect for us and the master bedroom has a shower for two so we were able to help conserve water at night 😎 The beach is a 5 minute or 1 hour drive depending on which one you choose. Tons of grocery and shopping within ten minutes. Overall this was our best ABNB experience yet so if you've found this place and you're contemplating it, Do It!!

This was our 4th time staying here. Always a blessing! Convenient to everything and we enjoy the amenities.

Absolutely loved it here! The view was wonderful, the building its self was very nice, and the condo was exactly as pictured- maybe even better! We have visited different places in the area before, but will absolutely be booking here again for our next trip to Amelia Island. One of my favorites vacations!

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

This place was very nice! The gated community is also a major plus for solo travelers. The beach was just a few steps away!!!! I would definitely stay here again. Oh and I forgot to mention the bed makes you feel like you’re sleeping on clouds. 10/10.

We meet our best friends from Colorado in Florida every April for a weekend getaway. We absolutely loved staying at this condo at Jacksonville Beach! The view was spectacular! We had such a wonderful time at the beach—couldn’t have been more convenient. Staley was awesome—so helpful and full of great recommendations. We’ll definitely keep this one in mind for future trips!

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! Thank you again Vanessa for sharing your property with us!

It was an extraordinary, unique, innovative, cute, whimsical, and well designed place. It was different, fresh and captured the imagination…even had to have tea time! I would definitely recommend and show my family and friends! Thank you Linda for a great stay!

I wanted to say we had a great stay and Tommy was very responsive and even came to our condo to help us set-up the TV. The only recommendation I would have is the bathtub was very slippery. It had a bar on the side of the tub but I think a nonslip adhesive on the bottom of the tub would help. Overall I would definitely stay at the Oceanside Hideaway again.
