10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

My husband and I my daughter and 7 year old grandson truly enjoyed our stay . From the cleanliness of the Airbnb to the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony or just steps away to the ocean or pool . Enjoyed the beautiful sunrises along with seeing dolphins every day of our stay. The beach was very clean and also we were lucky enough to see a turtle nest (roped off) to protect the eggs . William was a wonderful host -Looking forward to returning .

Our hosts were lovely and response to all our requests. The bedding was comfy and the mattress wonderful. We did have a problem with the key pad not working for a few days, however, we did receive quick attention by the owners giving us a key for entry. Also, the owners supplied the condo with many supplies that otherwise we would have to purchase. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit for rental.

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

We loved this condo! Steps from the beach. Has a pool that my 5yo loved. Stocked well for towels and beqch towels. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay here again.

What’s great place. Location views and comfort. Also the touches they did with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys. Beach towels eveything you need in a kitchen but some welcome extras.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Dani was a great host—responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. My wife and I especially loved the pool area, which came with a mosquito net and beautiful pool lights that made for relaxing evenings. The patio furniture was perfect for lounging, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, which made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The location was also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The beds were super comfy, and the whole property had a cozy, well-kept feel. We would more than likely recommend this spot to friends and would definitely consider staying again!

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

Absolutely Amazing Stay at The R&B House – Highly Recommend! We had an unforgettable stay at The R&B House! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and beautifully designed the house was. Every room was cozy and inviting, with king-size beds in all the bedrooms—such a rare and welcome touch. With plenty of bathrooms throughout the house, there was never any waiting around. The kitchen was a dream—large and fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and dine in comfortably. Whether it was a rainy afternoon or a late evening, the game and TV room kept everyone entertained. One of the biggest highlights for the kids (and the parents!) was the dedicated kids’ room, complete with a slide—an absolutely brilliant idea. The kids had so much fun running around and playing that they were ready for bed without any fuss. The pirate-themed treasure chest game was a huge hit too! Outside, the property just kept impressing us. The backyard had so much to offer

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Brendon’s house was perfect for our families St. Augustine getaway. It’s a great location in a very cute and picturesque neighborhood. The location was great for relaxing but close enough to downtown with just a short drive. We were a family of 7 & never felt cramped once, we all had our personal space and the two living rooms were definitely a bonus! The pool & jacuzzi were absolutely perfect and we spent majority of our time outside enjoying the space. We can’t wait to stay again on our next trip to St. Augustine!

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The beach items in the storage unit made our trips to the beach super easy! Brooke was super accommodating, checked in throughout the week & was extremely quick with responses! We rented this home for a family vacation, looking for a private area which still was close enough to St. Augustine for daily activities. This home truly went above and beyond, exceeding all of our expectations. It was so cozy and spacious- perfect for my family. Additionally, it felt like you were directly on the beach, waking up to the absolute best views and being assured a perfect beach day without a large crowd. Overall, this place was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Scott’s place was very clean and homey like also for older folks like my husband and I there is a elevator which made it very convenient . Scott was very friendly and communicated with us right away the view was gorgeous and well worth the price we paid which by the way was the most reasonable in the area especially for beachfront hotels and accommodation for 6 people . My daughter and her family stayed with us and was very impressed with the hotels cleanliness location and essentials that Scott provided. thank you very much ! we hope to stay there again soon we all enjoyed our stay 😃

5 minute walk to the beach?? Say less. This was an absolutely amazing place to spend the week welcoming our son home from an 8 month deployment. It was peaceful, relaxing, away from traffic. You can walk to several restaurants that are delicious and wonderful service. The beach is right there. Every thing was just as described. Loved the big oversized couch that made piling up and watching tv perfect. Will absolutely stay again when coming back to Jax.
