Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, a finished lower level that features game room with private deck, ping pong table, giant Jenga, home gym, and large 55in TV.

Enjoy an old-fashioned vacation right across the street from the Hudson river. Watch the tides, boats, and barges pass by. Dining, kayaking within walking. Historic Hudson, Olana just 10 min. drive. This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. The community enjoys its own beach, boat ramp, tennis courts, bocce ball court, 2 swimming pools (seasonal), outdoor full-size basketball court, a baseball/softball field, volleyball court, and a golf driving range.

We recently rebuilt the entire interior of an old brick building and imagined the first floor (entrance at back) as a guest unit for our friends & family during visits. When we do not have friends & family visiting, we are offering this space to you! We are architects by training and have placed our aesthetic energy in making this unit modern but also cozy.
