My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Had a great stay at the apartment! Our stay was short and we definitely wished we stayed longer as the place was very beautiful and comfortable and felt like home! The host was very responsive and welcoming and helped us with anything extra we needed. Also one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Will definitely be back!

This is the third time we have stayed here. Harris is very responsive. The place is exactly how it is described. Very clean, the views are stunning. His mum is so welcoming and lovely. It’s about 20 mins from the airport.

Stayed here for a week during a conference at Harokopio University. Felt like a perfect location, not too far from Monastiraki, Gazi, or the acropolis, and right next to the supermarket and the Petralona line 1 stop. The place was very nice especially for the price, and it was great to have the outdoor patio space. Konstantina was hospitable and gave a lot of good restaurant and other recs. Highly recommend!

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The home was wonderful and felt right at home with it. It was very close to Plaka and was walkable to the main attractions and restaurants we wanted to try. In addition even thought it was in the middle of everything it felt very secluded and secure.

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

The apartment was in a great location with a superb view of the Acropolis. The outside area was huge and cozy.All super clean, bedlinen very clean and comfortable. Host was so helpful with all my doubts and requests, answered all my questions very quickly. if I come back to Athens again I would definitely stay at Ipitou apartament again. Everything was good about it.

Akis was an excellent host; the best have had on our trip around Europe. He was very friendly & extremely helpful. The accomodation had lovely outdoor area with a great view of the Acropolis.

Miltos was very responsive and helpful. The taxis were on strike when we arrived but he arranged to pick us up from the port. He met us at the Apt, walked us through all the details and provided local recommendations. The Apt is in the middle of Plaka, in the heart of the restaurants and shopping. Is 3 min walk from the acropolis entrance. Place is safe and very comfortable. Thank you.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in the Vault!! It was exactly what we were looking for. We would be happy to book the place again and recommend it to friends as well. 1’ from the shopping street but still very quiet inside and with relaxing balconies. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

A beautiful apartment right in the heart of everything! I loved how walkable everything was. Vasiliki was also amazing and gave me so many wonderful local recommendations - such an incredible host, we loved her!

This had to one of the best accommodations we have booked on this platform. It all started from the service Grigoris provided us. He and his mother went out of their way to assist us, we weren’t feeling too well after a long journey. There were so many small touches which made us feel at home. The accomodation itself was top notch. Exactly as per the photos, with incredible views of the Acropolis. You get a private rooftop terrace which makes it very unique. Perfect location in Athens as well. We will be back here everytime we are in Athens.

Come for the view, stay for Sokol’s fantastic responsiveness and hospitality. I accidentally locked myself out on the balcony late at night and he was there in 10 minutes with a spare key. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Everything else is just as described.

We felt so welcomed that Matilda had met us in the city late for check in even after our flight was delayed. She really treated us like we were truly her personal guests — showing us around her apartment and letting us know we could reach out to her with any questions we might have. Matilda was a fantastic host and we were so appreciative of her hospitality and knowledge of Athens!
