Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Athens

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα, όμορφος κήπος όπου απολαύσαμε τον καφέ μας , ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχαμε σαφείς οδηγίες μέσω μηνυμάτων και εύκολη πρόσβαση εισόδου. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

We LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect location in Athens, in a clean safe neighborhood near the acropolis. But away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We saw many locals eating and hanging out near the restaurants by the house. The home itself was perfect for our large family. Beds were comfortable and clean, great area for kids and teens to love around. We loved the design and style. Felt very safe with doors/locks. Does not have a dryer but we used the drying racks outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer tollen Küche in der alles vorhanden war was man zum Kochen braucht und um sich morgens einen Kaffee zu machen. Die Dachterrasse ist zwar nur über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, jedoch ist sie sehr privat und man hat eine extrem tolle Aussicht über Athen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen! Als einzigen Hinweis: die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig in einem sehr sicheren Viertel von Athen, jedoch geht man zu Fuß wirklich sehr viele Treppen um zur Wohnung zu gelangen.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a great time in Athens. The flat was in the absolute ideal location for both exploring the city and going to the event we had tickets for at the Lycabettus Theatre. The flat was modern and well looked after and the host was very helpful and responsive at all times. Highly recommend this a a great place to stay while you're in Athens.

Clean and neat place. Staircase was a challenge due to the staircase narrowing when getting to the top floor. No lift so my husband had to help with everyone bags. Grocery store right across the road which is handy and a 10 - 15 minute walk to the hop-on hop off bus.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here - spacious (huge) apartment (entire top floor if building), excellent location with stunning acropolis/Parthenon views, easy access to Athens sites. Furnishings are a bit old but this lends character.

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Terrasse bietet einen einzigartigen Flair für Athen und das Appartement ist ausgesprochen hell & freundlich. Der Gastgeber äußert hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar wie unglaublich reaktionsschnell. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von 1 Monate. Gerne wieder! 😀

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

L’appartement était conforme à nos attentes pour notre passage d’une nuit à Athènes. L’accès autonome par boîte à clé était rapide et facile !

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. Host always responded and was very helpful with on-time and affordable transportation from airport and to cruise port and back to airport. We had 7 people with 14 pieces of luggage. 7 minute walk to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend them.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

We had an amazing stay at John's place! John and his family are truly exceptional hosts—pleasant, helpful, and so welcoming. John's local recommendations were spot-on. The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Καναμε μια πολύ όμορφη επίσκεψη στο caja de anthea, την οποία θα επιχειρήσουμε να ξανακάνουμε το συντομότερο δυνατό! Πεντακάθαρο σπίτι με πολύ όμορφη αισθητική μέσα-έξω. Παρείχε ότι μπορεί κανεις να χρειαστεί για μικρή ή μεγάλη διαμονή. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενέστατη και μας κατατόπισε για οποία πιθανή απορία είχαμε για το σπίτι και την περιοχή. Ανυπομονούμε να ξαναπάμε!
