Restaurants and shops 20 m walk. The ideal location, with the private parking space is directly in front of the accommodation. Please note! The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the toilet is on the ground floor. If it's a problem to go down to the bathroom at night, please don't book.

Charming little old house, recently restored for a memorable stay! Close to the Châteaux of the Loire (Chenonceaux, Amboise ...), the Zoo de Beauval and the city of Tours, this stay can also give you the opportunity to bike on the banks of the Loire or even a canoeing on the river. The separate room is furnished with 2 twin beds (90 each). The comfort of the sofa bed is relative and therefore more suitable for sleeping children.

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
