Villa on one level, close to the beach (on the beach side of the main road with only hotel between house and beach), well decorated and furnished to a high standard inc.mattress toppers and quality bed linens. Pool loungers, hot tub, private pool (heating available if required) & large fenced garden & roof terrace. Gated parking. Short walk to beach. The house sleeps max 8 adults - 10 guests are possible when there are kids in group as the sofa beds comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 adult.

A very nice and spacious town house in a gated community with a beautiful swimming pool. Ideal for a nice family holiday! The house is located 750meters from the beach and has a supermarket, shops and many restaurants on walking distance. Marbella and Estepona are 14 minutes by car. Plenty of Padel, tennis and Golf courses in the neighborhood. The beautiful house which was completely renovated (including air conditioning) is located on a gated urbanization with its own tennis court!
