The communication with Sue was very good from the beginning, she responded quickly and always had an open ear, she sent us a location so that we found the apartment quickly and easily and the apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement, perfect location, beach and restaurant in the corner, awesome view of beach and harbor. The place was clean and in great condition. Highly recommended and always happy to come back. The team around Sue is unique. Thank you and see you next time

Thank you for letting us stay here, the place was absolutely lovely and accommodated me and my friends so well. A massive thanks to the hosts too as they done their all for us and helped us every time we needed it. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the port and everything was easily accessible. We had a lovely time :)

Fantastic place, met all our expectations on how amazing it looked in the photos. Was very helpful with checking in and out and was fast at replying when we had any questions. Location is great, only a minutes walk to the beach and close to the marina. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The house was amazing with a beautiful pool and garden. Everything was spotless and great having towels for both baths and pool for everyone. We really appreciated all the extras like bowls for our children and child proofing the house. Everything was thought about! The communal pool is incredible and a nice change of scenery from the private pool - we’ve never seen such a big pool! Great to be walking distance from the beach and playground. We loved the beach restaurant. Supermarkets also really close which was useful. Both of our boys learnt to swim this week! What a fantastic house, we loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come again! Thank you for everything!

Rafael's villa was beautiful! Everything we needed and more! He was so helpful with advice with organising things and letting us know what we could book via him. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again, such a great location and the villa has everything you need. The decor is modern and clean, great to have so many bathrooms too if you're a large group. We also did the BBQ organised through Rafael, so lovely to have people come and cook for you at the villa when you just want to relax.

Carolien’s home is beautiful! The location isn’t far from town, but still feels calm and private, away from the hustle and bustle! Carolien was very responsive and communicated well. Look forward to coming back!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful place to stay, close to beach, large private pool area with plenty of space and loungers. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

Yulia's place was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 small kids. It had everything we needed and when we asked about the possibility of having a kid's high chair, the answer was yes! (it also had a baby bath tub which was really handy for us). The kitchen is very well equipped and you can easily cook whatever you may like. The area felt safe and quiet and the it's only 2 mins walk to the beach. The host (Yulia) went out of her way to ensure we have everything we need (including providing a second set of keys as we were two families with two cars). There were a couple of beach restaurants minutes away from the flat, but sadly we stayed there in February which means the restaurants were shut in the low season. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Yulia's place.

Apartment was perfect. It was clean, plenty of space for the 2 of us and nice and bright. The location was fabulous, views over the beach and the sea and located one street away from the old town which is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and it was lovely to have enough essentials there, for example soap, toilet paper, towels and tea towels. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars next to the apartment. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend. Special shout out to Lola too who showed us around the apartment, sent us recommendations and was there if we needed anything. She is lovely. Thank you!

Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

Great location! With a gate onto the beach and a lovely beach bar next door. It's great at night sitting on the terrace listening to the waves.

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

EXCEPTIONAL STAY! The flat is super modern, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a stone’s throw from the port, main strip, convenience stores, and the beach. Conveniently located near bus stop for Old town just across the road. You honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot. Sebastian was a super responsive host to all my queries and even suggested places to visit. The check-in guide was so thorough with photos which helped massively. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be rebooking the next time I’m in Marbella. Thank you!!!
