The house is situated in a prime location in the Talaia apartment complex, in the Sal Valley, with all the infrastructure of a planned neighborhood, surrounded by coconut trees, 5 minutes from Atalaia Beach and Farol Velho and 500 m from Aqualand Park. The house was planned in detail to provide a great stay.

Almost on the seafront, there are two twin houses with 5 bedrooms (3 en-suites) and mezzanines with beds. Two full kitchens and two living rooms. Swimming pool, soccer field and two barbecue grills. We can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests in beds. There is an ADDITIONAL COST of R$75.00 per person/night for 16 guests or more. Sorry, we can only accept small pets. Additional cost.
