Impeccable structure: air conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, fully equipped with bedding, and a balcony with a sunset view. Gated community with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and 2 parking spaces. The big difference: beach access via the shortcut (1 km). Walk (15 min) or drive quickly, avoiding the heavy traffic and police stops on the main road. A vacation in Salinas without a headache! 1.7 km and a 22-minute walk to Pé na Areia.
