Villa vacation rentals in Astypalea

Our stay was great at Villa Thea! The check-in via key box was super uncomplicated and the owner, Kylian, was easy to reach the whole time if we had any questions. The restaurant tips, for example, were great, thanks again! And the villa is simply a dream, with a fantastic view and well located for exploring the whole island. We were very satisfied! The house is wonderful, with attention to detail, clean. Every day it is cleaned and refreshed. It is the pool that is cared for. Everything is perfect, anything is answered. Privacy is 100%. It's a unique place. I want to go back!A hug

Beautiful small home right on the coast. Amazing views of Telendos across the bay, a nice beach is easy walk, and the ferry to Telendos as well. A small market we used daily and restaurants just up the street. The home is modern, very secure, great light, clean, and with most everything you need. Very comfortable beds and linen. There are several patios with tables and chairs to dine outside comfortably. We can't wait to return again. Our hosts were great, responsive and helpful. Andreas was our resource for the stay and he was incredible. Stella met us at the house and could not have been nicer and more available for us. A++.

The house is perfect both in terms of location and comfort. It has an amazing view to the Chora and of course the magic of the sea in front. The outdoor which is huge is a great plus for the stay, both for the morning and the amazing nights relaxing in front of the sea. The house inside is very beautiful and has everything a family needs for a great holiday. Very clean and tidy and the spaces are smart and cozy. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming, helped us in anything we needed during our stay. We where four adults and two kids and the combination of the inside and outside spaces was idea to relax and enjoy also the stay in the house. It is very quiet yet close to all the beaches and the Chora. We had a wonderful stay and strongly recommend this villa.

We stayed at this location with five people, and it worked out perfectly! Our time spent here was amazing and we plan to come again next year. I only have good things to say about the home and our experience. I highly recommend this for a small family.
