Νεόκτιστο διαμέρισμα 60 τετραγωνικών μέτρων δίπλα στην θάλασσα. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες,καθιστικό,κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Κοινόχρηστη Βεράντα 200 τετραγωνικά με διαχωριστικό. Καθιστικό,ξαπλώστρες και θέα το μισό Ιόνιο. Στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχει δωρεάν ίντερνετ,τηλεόραση, ζεστό νερό μέρα-νύχτα και θέσεις πάρκινγκ. Η Αστρακερή βρίσκεται 35 χλμ από την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού. Προτείνεται η ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο,η παραλία καθαρή και η θάλασσα ιδανική για μικρά παιδιά.
