De Moortelhoeve

Vertoef met je hele gezin in een rustige, landelijke maar toch bezienswaardige omgeving. U bevindt zich in een doodlopende straat waar wandel- en mtb routes op de eerste plaats komen. Verder kan u gezellig vertoeven in de plaatselijke restaurants en genieten van het streekbier van Affligem in de Abdijhoeve. Op 5 minuten van de autosnelweg. Op wandelafstand van bakker, dagbladhandel, restaurant, frituur en bancontact. Minder dan 5 minuten met de wagen kan u verschillende warenhuizen vinden.

In een oase van rust werden de stallen van een eeuwenoude hoeve in Asse (Relegem) verbouwd tot comfortabele verblijven die voldoen aan het strenge Vlaamse logiesdecreet. Dit huisje met aparte inkom heeft een prachtige living, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met eethoek, op de verdieping heb je één slaapkamer en een badkamer met toilet en inloopdouche. Er is een bushalte voor de deur, het bevindt zich op 4 km van UZ Brussel en 10 km van het centrum van Brussel. Gratis parkeerplaats auto's.

Daarnaast beschikt het over een gemeenschappelijke ruimte met keuken. Er kan bovendien gebruik gemaakt worden van een afgesloten privé parking en gemeenschappelijke tuin.

Fully equipped studio located at 5-10 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, trams, buses, and metro, north of Brussels. The private studio is located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
