Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. It is located on the second floor of a small 1925 building ideally situated in the dynamic district of Chatelain. Perfect for 4 people. You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.
