Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. House of 25 sqm with private location with sea view in wonderful Espevik. Parking included. 10 km from Varberg. 200 meters to the beach. About 1.3 km away is Espeviks camping with a large beach. 1 km to nature reserve. Plenty of walking paths. Wonderful patio in high location. There is one bed, (160cm wide) and we permit 2 guests, however small children are of course also allowed free of charge.
