City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. My place sleeps 1-2 adults and is 36 square meters. It is a self-contained apartment/basement. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available. From a 7-day rental, there is a weekly change of linens and fresh towels and dish towels. Plates, cutlery and pots are available.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
