This luxurious one-bedroom barn is an ideal bolt hole for a country getaway. It has a quiet village location, no street lights and the Beck to the front of the property. Need to go to Southwell, Brackenhurst or Nottingham? 4 minutes’ walk away is the bus stop with a direct service (late night too) for Southwell, Brackenhurst or Nottingham. Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.
