The property is located about 1 km from beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with kiosk(summer time), playground, parking and large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, porcelain, etc. (no stove). Dishes are left with the host and replaced. Baby cot (0-3 years) and baby chair can be arranged on request.

Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Dishwasher & washing machine available. During the summer of 2026, there will be some construction on the property next to the guest house's patio.

Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km).
