Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. In a beautiful cultural-historical house from the 18th century on the Schramska farm in central Östhammar you will find the attendance floor. The former room for the store clerk is now carefully renovated into a comfortable home where the logs, linden reefs and plank floors are left, but now supplemented with a modern kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the cozy garden and the pergola's outdoor furniture together with the host couple.
