The guesthouse is located in a large garden with child-friendly outdoor areas and the field in the immediate vicinity. The place is suitable for 2-3 adults or family with kids. There is a sofa bed in the living room and two rooms in the loft with a double bed and two mattresses. Short distance to Heggedal city centre. It takes 7 minutes with a car to the center of Asker. 25 min with car to Oslo or Drammen. 15 min walk to train with departures to Oslo. Proximity to the Oslo fjord.

A good double bed in the bedroom, and a great furninova sofa-bed in the living room that can be turned into a 160 cm wide bed. Child friendly without stairs. Baby chair. Heating cables in all floors, fireplace and wood. Private sunny furnished patio. Parking space outside the garage with possibility of charging. There is about 15 minutes to walk or 3 minutes by bus to Asker city center. From Asker it is 20 min with train to Oslo S.

Magical views, fresh air, great hiking trails and amazing swimming area only a stone's throw from the cabin! Partially newly renovated cabin for rent between Filtvet and Tofte, short way to the sea with parking space for two cars on the premises. Short walk to nice beaches and cliffs, and there are good opportunities for great walks along the coastal path or in nice hiking terrain. The cottage has several large terraces in different levels with barbecue and outdoor kitchen where you can make the evening dinner while enjoying the view.

A great place to get away, enjoy the peace and quiet and still only be a little hour from Oslo and 45 min from Drammen. Great beaches or miles of trails and forest car roads. Two minutes away has “everything” you need, including great eateries. Windsurfing on Storsand, and southern idyll on Holmsbu. Animals welcome, NO smoking in the house! Dog park 10 min by car. Cozy house 30 min from Oslo, close to lakes

Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.

A gem with a view and direct access to the beach. Newly renovated outhouse with kitchen/ living room, large bedroom with doors directly out to large terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops. Martin was one of the most thoughtful and helpful hosts we've ever had. Communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond—helping with groceries, finding a toddler chair, assembling a trampoline just for our kids, and providing kick bikes. He was always willing to help in any way possible. The place was spotless, well-equipped, with a nice and spacious garden. Peaceful neighborhood next to a small forest and park, just 5–10 minutes' walk to the train station, and very convenient with a car. A truly pleasant stay for our family—highly recommended!

Nice, neat apartment. Everything was very clean. Beautiful area, close to the water and beautiful hiking trails. Centrally located so also close to the supermarket. The only downside was the bed. This one didn't sleep great. Furthermore, it was a top location and I would definitely recommend this!

Communication with the host is very smooth and quick. The scenery around the accommodation is nice, and the amenities are very well equipped. It's near the end of the bus line, so transportation is good and the mart is close, so I highly recommend it.

Had a great stay at Oda's place. Everything was clean - and the apartment beautiful. We felt very comfortable!

Eskils house is beautiful and such a gem to find. We had a lovely stay as a family of 6 and it was the perfect size and very well equipped for us. The sea views from the windows are spectacular and it was really special to go swimming every morning in the sea from the beach at the bottom of the garden. Fantastic outdoor spaces to sit and eat/hang out too. Eskil himself was very helpful and flexible host and made our stay very easy! 100% recommend this place :)

We had a fantastic stay in the idyllic surroundings of beautiful Vollen! The home was perfect for both work and relaxation, with wide views of the sea and the marina. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the close connection to nature. Everything was set up for a stress-free and comfortable stay – a big thank you to Truls, who was a wonderful host and made sure everything worked smoothly from start to finish. Fast and stable internet made it easy to work efficiently, and all the practical details were thoughtfully in place. Private parking right by the house was also a big plus and made logistics simple. In addition, options for public transport was easily accessible, a short walk to the bus or an efficient boat service directly from Vollen to Aker Brygge in Oslo – practical and enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely place and a great experience – we’d be happy to return!

Kristine offers a great home to her guests. The view from her house across the Oslofjord is stunning, day and night. Her house is cozy with a personal touch and perfect for a relaxed time after visiting Oslo. The house is comfortable and for guests with children, it is a safe place to play outdoors. Driving down, you can go for a swim or get groceries. I think a great value for your money.

We loved Kjetil / Christine's place! The home design was beautiful, the view of Oslofjord was fantastic, and it was very well stocked. The bus stop was also just steps away to catch the local bus to get to the train to the airport and other locations. I'd definitely recommend their place for a relaxing visit to Oslo in beautiful surroundings.
