We rent out the 1st floor of our home. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area and two sitting areas, one with TV, the other with views of the Oslofjord and Oscarsborg, a private kitchen and bathroom/toilet with bathtub and washing machine. Approx. 105 sqm. The home is located in a quiet cottage area with proximity to both forest and lake. Two outdoor spaces are accessible from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area by the fjord. 1.5 km to the bus stop. 2 km to the city center.

På terassen utenfor kan du fyre opp grill- eller bålpanne, følge med på fjordlivet og la roen senke seg. Det er kort vei ned til flere badeplasser, dere kan gå kyststien, eller, chille.

We have decorated a nice apartment on the 2nd floor of our home, and welcome you to shorter or longer stays in Røyken, two kilometers from the station. You share the entrance with us, but otherwise have a separate unit with a living room and three bedrooms (one with a kitchenette) and a large and spacious bathroom.
