Vacation rentals with a balcony in Asia

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

The place was nice. The host was super nice. Very responsive and easy to work with. The street is quite noisy and we had a hard time sleeping. Other than that all was well.

The house is very close to the night market. It is also convenient and accurate.The only thing is that Bangkok is so loud that there are constantly motorcycles driving by at night, and the room's glass and doors are not very soundproof, and it's easy to hear the noise from outside.Because the room is cleaned uniformly before check-in, it is difficult to do so after check-in and need to pay attention in advance.

Matthew has a great place close to where the bars, clubs and restaurants are in Makati. Everything is within walking distance but despite the proximity of everything, it is very quiet. The apartment itself is cosy and comfy, with fast WiFi, quick check in with the security guard and a nice bed. As well as this, Matthew is extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Makati!

Very beautiful place! Close to everything like restaurants, beach, massage, Bangla Road just right on the block. Very convenient. Inside the unit is so clean and the beddings is like a hotel. I highly recommended whoever going to Phuket! And the host is very responsive.

The place we have stayed in is a true hidden gem. Cosy and impeccable. It was provided with all of the listed amenities and the place was squeaky clean. This was my second time staying here. Beautiful, modern, clean house close to the beach. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a rental car in Jeju (reserved one but found out you need an international drivers license, so make sure you get that) and the host drove us to a market 5 km away so we could get groceries. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect and beautiful!

Aye was a wonderful host. He provided suggestions for places for us to visit and dine, was very responsive via the Airbnb app, and provided us with filtered water to drink every day. The property is breathtakingly beautiful and well cared for. The living room area is outside, but Aye provided us with mosquito repellent and fans to keep the bugs away. We even had a few critters visit us: some cats, geckos and birds. Although there wasn’t much in to do in walking distance, everything was a quick/inexpensive cab ride away. I would absolutely book this property again and recommend it to any of my friends visiting Chiang Mai. My three friends and I were so comfortable and didn’t want to leave. Thank you, Aye, for a wonderful experience in Chiang Mai!

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

A place you can really call home. Neighbors and staff are firendly and helpful because they do not hesitate to help the flat tires of our friend’s wheelchair. Inlove the place specially the feeling of safety in the midst of a busy area.

I stayed in this country house in Mae Rim, Chiang Mai for two months and felt like I had chosen the right place from the first day.Away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by rice fields, mountain views and insect songbirds, awakened by sunshine and breeze every morning, the days are particularly slow and especially cured. The villa itself is very spacious and clean, the design is simple and practical, the light is good, airy, and there are all the living facilities.The kitchen is suitable for long-term residents to cook meals, go to a nearby fair to buy fresh ingredients, and make a simple dish yourself, but it has a more sense of life than in the city. The host and the housekeeper were both kind, patient and responsive to issues encountered.The host often send me good desserts🍮.The motorbike was broken, and the host's nephew took us to fix the car for the first time, which made me feel particularly at ease. Although it is rural, life is not at all inconvenient.There are convenience stores and local markets nearby, and most of your daily needs can be solved by a 10 minute bike ride. And there are actually a lot of interesting small shops and cafes on this side of Mae Rin County, some of which are unique, combining Thai North culture and hand art.Go shopping and daze at your leisure, and feel that life has a little more relaxation and a sense of surprise.I posted some pictures of life around. All in all, it was a very relaxing, comfortable and warm living experience.If you're looking for a place that really slows down your body and mind, I would highly recommend staying here for a while, maybe you'll be like me and don't really want to leave.

This is genuinely by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! it was also better than any hotel or villa I stayed in, in 3 months travelling throughout Thailand. Tom the host is genuinely a legend, he went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be and the apartment is brilliant. Spacious, modern and clean and in the best spot in Chiang Mai right in the middle of Nimman road where all the bars, restaurants and cafes are. the price was also incredible, amazing value for money. if you can definitely book this place for your stay in Chiang Mai because it was a big part of me enjoying my time in Chiang Mai so much!

The condo is comfortable and quiet, in a great building. A little off the beaten path, but walking distance from the night market. Natasa is a good host

everything was great, Henry was very helpful. For the price you cannot go wrong. 1 minus point but the bathroom was somewhat unclean. The hand soap was missing But still, I would definitely book again. Thanks

Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Great location for local shops, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. Host is very proactive and responsive and helpful with luggage storage post checkout. Can’t recommend this apartment enough!

I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.
