The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. This is a rental house located in a private house in a village on the west coast of Jeju Island, where you can use it privately with your family, lover, and friends. It consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor lawn yard with a land area of 100 pyeong and a floor area of 30 pyeong. It is fully equipped with hotel-style bedding, so there is no inconvenience in using it. There is an emerald-colored Geumneung/Hyeopjae Beach within a 3-minute walk, making it perfect for enjoying a summer beach. In addition, there are famous tourist attractions such as Hanrim Park, Thinking Garden, Glass Castle, Jeju Museum of Contemporary Art, Bangrimwon, and Osulloc Tea Museum. Feel the atmosphere of Jeju in the cozy village and the comfortable Oshilokheon, which is like my home. There is a parking lot in front of the house. The loop bus stop is 50m right in front. Charcoal barbecues are not available as we cannot cause damage to our neighbors in the quiet village due to smoke and noise. Instead, there is a portable burner and a grill, so you can grill meat in the lawn yard at sunset. No pets and no smoking indoors.
