Luxury Norfolk Countryside Retreat

KevinRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

Self-contained double ensuite & private entrance

MartynRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Lovely peaceful part of the world and Jane's accommodation is perfect. It has a little bit of everything including the tweeting of birds, crumpets and chairs. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well indeed and the absence of passing cars made it even better. You are in a cul-de-sac and there is nobody about, even Jane and family are not noticeable though I think we saw her disappearing into the house once. Snettisham itself has 2 good pubs and a few other shops but it also has a great bus service if you fancy leaving the car and visiting the coast at Hunstanton or Wells-next-the-Sea. We'll worth a stay.
A small outdoor dining area features an intricately designed metal table surrounded by two matching chairs. A teapot and cups are placed atop the table, and a patio umbrella provides shade. Lush greenery lines the background, creating a serene outdoor setting.

Great location to visit the North Norfolk area. Extremely clean home with lovely additional touches of coffee, tea and milk provided by the host. Great communication with host, especially as we arrived later than planned.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

JohnRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Our stay was first rate, and we would happily stay again. We initially wanted to stay for one night and then extended this to 2 and Alison was flexible and responsive. The studio was cosy but also cosy and fresh. The shower was pleasant and the breakfast items were a very nice touch. The location is excellent and having parking so centrally is a real plus …thank you very much Alison.

Cozy Holiday Cottage in Peaceful Village.

CarolineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Allison communicated well and made us feel extremely welcome and later checked if we had all we needed. Her accommodation is just perfect and was most comfortable. Set in their garden but with your own private patio area - wonderful for breakfast in the sunshine and relaxing. Allison had clearly ordered perfect weather for our stay too! She was the perfect host.

Kingfisher's Retreat

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

LookOut At The Lodge

UlrichRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Judy is a great host and greeted us personally and warmly on arrival. All the things for breakfast were already on the table - it was lovely and delicious! The flat is in a great location for trips to the surrounding area such as Sandringham or the coastal towns on the Wash and in Norfolk. The facilities were perfect for us: Very nice bathroom with a good shower. The bedroom had a good bed and plenty of storage space. A well-equipped and pleasant lounge with a kitchenette where you can prepare meals for two, as everything was provided. And in the afternoons you can end the day on the bench in front of the house and let your gaze wander over the beautiful garden. It was perfect for our week there.
