I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—convenient and serene, making it an ideal getaway. A special shoutout to Jairaj, the villa manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. His hospitality and prompt assistance made a huge difference. The villa staff—Arman, Anup, and Rahul—were outstanding. They catered to every small need with warmth and professionalism, making us feel truly taken care of. We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Everything was neat and clean.Caretaker Atul bhaiya was very helpful in keeping the house clean everyday and flexible. Rohit ensured to share all recommendation the day we landed.Even coordinated and ensured smooth check in as we arrived bit late in evening.
