This beautiful studio room is excellently located in Ashwem very close to the Beach (2 min walk). Grocery stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. Relax in the pool by the day and unwind with some chilled beers in the balcony in the evening! Nestled in a small resort & centrally located. The house is just 3-5 mins by walk from popular places like AntiSOCIAL, La Plage, Saz on the beach etc. and 5-10mins drive from Burger Factory, Tomatos etc. 15min drive to Arambol Beach!

The house by the wooden bridge

This pretty 2 bedroom appartment (with 2 bathrooms) is the perfect spot if you are looking for a quiet workation/staycation/ vacation close to the beach. Equipped with wifi, power back up, ACs in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, water filter and basic utensils. Mandrem beach is a 2 minute walk behind the house, the front has little hills to walk and nice roads to cycle. Plenty of restaurants within a 10-12 min walk. The washer is a shared one within the building.
