It is a five minute drive to Mossley train station, Greenfield or Uppermill Village where you can find shops, cafes, and restaurant's.

My house is perfect for a city-based commuter or weekend stays for a couple or small family who want a launchpad for nearby walks in the spectacular scenery of Saddleworth. The local area, Lees, is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous trails and paths in the immediate area if you want a stroll.
