What can I say - our stay was exactly as we envisioned due to the great description and photos of the property on listing. Jane went above and beyond and kindly even lent me a monitor which was greatly appreciated. Perfect set up for two - floor plan layout and facilities. We will definitely be booking in the future and cannot recommend highly enough. The perfect location to discover the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District. From one host to another - exceptional!!

We had a lovely stay at Amanda’s Cosy Heather Cottage - it was peaceful, clean, homely and perfect for the three of us. We spent all the time we were ‘at home’ in the extension out the back and there was secure space for us to store our bikes in the courtyard garden. We wanted somewhere to stay that allowed us to get on our bikes but was also close enough for us to visit family in Newcastle-u-Lyme. Amanda made us feel so welcome - little touches make stays away from home so much nicer. We’ll definitely be returning!

An outstanding place to stay. The warmest welcome imaginable and a personal tour of the rooms and amenities was great. The apartment is very, very comfortable and cosy, the kitchen is outstanding for home cooking and everything is absolutely pristine. The location is perfect for everything in lovely Ashbourne and, when out and about, knowing you have a private parking space is ideal. Everything about the apartment is perfect (and excellent value), but the highlight is being welcomed and taken care of by Sandra and Glyn! Thank you so very much!
