Full kitchen equipment is located in the house. The house is located on a single farm with 2 other houses, 10 km to the nearest community where grocery store and gas station are located. Rowboat is included in the reservation.

On the lower level there are bedrooms with a double bed and space for a crib, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa and TV as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine and changing area. Sleeping loft with a bed and a sleeping mattress. Large deck. Regarding the location of the car. Boat with small engine and fishing license is included.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.
