The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home with stunning lake views. Interior with that little extra to get a luxurious feel and be able to enjoy the maximum. Bed linens and towels are to be brought yourself, duvets and pillows are available. Charcoal barbecues are available to use, but please bring your own ignition. Full kitchen equipment is located in the house. The house is located on a single farm with 2 other houses, 10 km to the nearest community where grocery store and gas station are located. There is a suana under the terrace The main house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a triple bed. In addition, there is a guest house with 2 sleeping places

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. Jenny's house is very nice. It is in the countryside with a very quiet location and was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is super equipped, nothing is missing. There was ice on arrival and lots of helpful information for activities and about the house. There were also games and lots of toys for the kids. Jenny always responds very quickly and is super helpful. We had a great time. Thanks for letting us be your guests, we will recommend the house.

Petra is an amazing host who arranged for my motorcycle to be under a roof so it was dry and protected. The accommodation is completely unique with old well-preserved details, creaky wonderful wooden floors and a sunny outdoor patio. Can be highly recommended.

Lovely place! We felt like home! Well equipped kitchen, beautiful little details in the interior, cute cows and calves at the farm and near trekking paths. Close to Virserum that has a big art gallery. The cottage is perfect for both romantic couple trip or a family trip.

Best Airbnb I have been so far ! Very peaceful place, very clean and a lot to do with the kayak, sauna Jacuzzi ect… our host was very friendly, we had an incredible time. The pizza and breakfast was very good, and the little spa in the bathroom was really appreciated. We will come back for sure !

We were in the cottage with our dog over New Year's Eve to escape the fireworks and were not disappointed... we didn't hear a single bang. We had a really nice time in the house and felt right at home and welcome. 😊 The house is super clean and well maintained and, especially in winter, very very cozy. Absolutely recommended and picture perfect.
