Our group had an amazing stay at the Villa. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling, and the pool area was so great to spend time in we barely left the house. Location is close to the water and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Would happily return!

We had a great time at Xavier's house which is very nice, modern and design, very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal for shining in the area and is close to the beach and shops. We recommend 100%

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the accommodation at the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good base to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

My friends and I had a lovely weekend. The house is very quiet, parking outside in a cul-de-sac so secure. The living room, the well-lit bedrooms with a large balcony, comfortable beds, very good connection for wifi, with a very nice garden and a jacuzzi. (we were not able to enjoy it, lack of time) A plus for air conditioning in a bedroom and living room (we did not use it given the weather) Thanks to Aurélie and her husband, very welcoming, nothing to say at the TOP. 👍I highly recommend it! A small suggestion: a larger model for the hair dryer

Very well located accommodation, well-equipped, pleasant to live in, very spacious. The plus: the linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.) it's very nice to arrive in a home where the beds are made. The owners welcome us very kindly, remain very discreet but present in case.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few beachfront bars nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity to the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

clean and cozy studio. Small terrace with table and benches. Meals were eaten on this terrace. The negative point: a hotel opposite the terrace and studio. But no disturbing noise.

We had a great time, Christiane welcomed us with great kindness. The accommodation is as advertised: clean, quiet, good location and very pleasant to stay in. The owners are discreet and caring, which made our stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. We have fond memories of this break and will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises. We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

We were hosted very well by Christophe and then by Marie Agnès. The accommodation is very pleasant, comfortable and matches the description and photos. The location is ideal for visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay in Martine’s place. The house is beautiful and well-equipped, and the peaceful surroundings make for a restoring stay. It is correctly priced considering the area.

We had a great weekend. The house was very clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated with beautiful sea views on the first floor. The house was also conveniently located with everything nearby without having to take the car. The courtyard is nice because it's not overlooked. Manuella's welcome was also at the top, very responsive and she also gave good recommendations, the Kavea restaurant is great because of its kitchen and its location with a beautiful view and a peaceful outdoor space where children can play safely as there are no cars. Anyway, we recommend it!

8 of us ( 3 generations) enjoyed Patricia's house & the exceptional, ever changing views. The house was spotless & very well equipped for lots of cooking. We were blessed with glorious weather which meant we were never forced to sit indoors as the comfy seating is a bit lacking for more than 6 people, although there is plenty outdoors. The sunshine enabled us to go out every day, walking, or with the numerous public transport options, so a car is not necessarily needed. Patricia was very helpful & informative, showing some of us around & offering tips, but a house manual with local information & recommendations would be a useful extra. Thank you Patricia.
