It is a short walk from the village of Ascain and all shops (800 m), 10 minutes from the sea and its beaches, golf courses and is the starting point for many hiking trails including the one leading to the Rhune. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.
