Room rates are the same for up to 4 people. An additional fee is required from the 5th person onwards. No contact with other guests I will rent out the entire third floor of my house. Each floor is separate, so your privacy is protected. It's a 65㎡ 2LDK, so you can relax and it's suitable for long-term stays. You can come by direct train from either Haneda or Narita Airport. 450m from the station. However, there is no elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor by yourself

Peaceful Riverside View, Asakusa

**IMPORTANT** There is ongoing construction in several areas around my house. The building next to my house is under construction from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There is also bridge painting work happening from 8:30 AM (usually starting at 9:00 AM) to 6:00 PM. Additionally, there is a construction site across the river, working from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. With all these constructions going on, the area is quite noisy during the day. Please feel free to contact me if you need more information.

100-year-old wooden house/ 1min to the station

This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo. There are many restaurants and shops in Hiroo and it is very easy to access to Ebisu, Roppongi (3min by subway), Shibuya and Omote-sando (within 3km).
