The host is very great and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants . Brand New property, location is perfect. Close to Subway station Honjoatsumabashi, just 2 minutes away. Also walk distance to Sky tree and Asakusa. highly recommend, comfortable for family.

I loved the place and the area, it was so calm and nice to stay there.

The accommodation has good accessibility, and there are many restaurants nearby that you can walk to. There is an Elbe, but you have to go up half a floor of a steep staircase, so it may be a little uncomfortable for those who carry a carrier.

This apartment is well located and Ikebukuro is a great base. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious by Japanese and the balcony and rooftop a special bonus. Note the two single beds as we would have preferred an option.

Yuichi was great to deal with. The apartment is excellent value being larger than average at the price point and close to the train yet quiet and comfortable. We had own own bathroom and there was also a public bath house on the ground floor included in the price. I would highly recommend Yuichi's apartment and will definitely stay there again if available on my next visit. Five stars from us.

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Very new/modern, clean, good location! It has everything you need for a short or even longer stay. I can recommend this place to everyone.

Naoki's place is located well within walking distance of Sensoji temple so it made visitation possible at any hour. The area is also near the river which has a great running route with great view, so recommended for runners that want to clock in some miles in Japan. Lastly, Naoki has been super responsive, replying requests and questions within an hour, very helpful.

The area and the place is amazing, during our trip this was our most special apartment, we really felt how it would be like to live in Tokyo.

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and close to everything in Asakusa. The shrine, shops, restaurants, convenience and grocery stores were within walking distance. The place was easy to locate and was well equipped. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages. We recommend this place for couples and small families.

I stayed in this apartment solo and it was perfect for 1 person . I also enjoyed having breakfast on a terrace . There is no elevator so it was hard for me to take my luggage upstairs to the 4th floor , otherwise I highly recommend this place - great location, plenty stores and restaurants around

Good location, near to a beautiful view of Skytree and easy to get metro to e everywhere! We loved to try a Japanese style home in Tokyo! Recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this place. It was clean and very accessible. Manami was really proactive and helpful. She reached out before my arrival with detailed check-in instructions, local tips, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great — just a short walk from the bus stops and train station. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or simply looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay, I’ll recommend this place.

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Really a great deal. Close to Senso-ji and two metro lines. Walking to metro stations takes around 6-8min. Not much restaurant around the property, so you would need to walk a little further to get food (or walk to Asakusa but it will be kinda crowded). But the location was great, and the host was really responsive and friendly and easy to communicate. Overall great experience! (Ohhh the shower ceiling here are all a little lower, but it’s not for this property, but also other apartments in Tokyo I think. So might be a little hard if you are very tall. :)

Great place to stay if you want to experience a traditional ryokan. Quiet area at night. Hosts were responsive and quick to reply with every message. Would definitely recommend!

Very spacious, very close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the host is very friendly, and luggage can be stored.

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

It was nice. There is a large mart nearby and there are a lot of restaurants.
