Very nice, well-lit apartment, in the very center of Royan (we were happy to be there when the weather was gloomy! It was convenient). Easy to park nearby in April. Well-equipped apartment and very nice bathroom. The spare key is always appreciated in the absence of a key box. Very nice host.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

A well-furnished studio, a very pleasant garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan waterfront 15 min quiet walk. A great time in a cute and perfectly located accommodation.

I had a pleasant stay in their studio with all the comforts you need and very clean. Very nice terrace where, upstream, they had found a system to secure the space for my cat who accompanied me during this stay. Line and her family are very friendly, warmly welcome and the friendly exchanges throughout the stay were very appreciable. Many things are nearby, whether shops, restaurants, bike trails, the beach, the market... So many places to discover that I will return to the island and especially without hesitation to Line and her family.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

Very nice location, very well equipped and perfectly placed to enjoy the sea and the area. The terrace is lovely! Big plus, the provision of bicycles that allows you to take beautiful walks and use the car less! Elodie is very responsive to make sure the stay goes as smoothly as possible!

We were with four adults and two children for a week in Le Carrelet and we enjoyed it very much. The house is very nice, large and open. Nevertheless, everyone also has their privacy. The children played a lot in the garden, were in the pool or outside on the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and stylish. The location is nice, very close to the beach. However, it is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the center of Fouras. For restaurants or the baker, you have to take this route. Otherwise, it is a good starting point for excursions, such as to La Rochelle. Even on days with bad weather, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the house. We will be happy to come back.

Jenifer's accommodation has been tastefully renovated. The amenities are as qualitative and numerous as a main house: hair dryer, washing machine, oven, kettle, in short everything is there. you can access the beach in 2 minutes by bike, 5 minutes on foot, happiness.

Beautiful new accommodation, clean, beautiful sea view. It is well suited for cycling, bike-friendly, safe. We enjoyed getting around easily by bike for shopping, walks, the beach just opposite is really a plus!! Enjoyed our stay, thank you.
