The air-conditioned rooms of the apartment are spread over approx. 130 m². In the living room with a magnificent sea view, fireplace and satellite TV, you can look forward to a relaxing time after days at the beach or hiking. From the living room, you can reach the furnished spacious roof terrace via a staircase upstairs, with plenty of space to unwind. Almost all rooms have sea views, and the adjoining roof terrace (60 sqm) offers panoramic sea views over the entire bay of Alcudia. Highlights of the roof terrace with a "stunning view" are the large dining table for up to 8-10 people, the designer outdoor sofas, the sun loungers and, last but not least, the outdoor shower with a panoramic view. A large rope-tensioned awning provides shade if desired. The living room leads to the dining room area with space for up to 8 people and a magnificent view of the sea. Adjacent to the dining room is an open-plan designer fitted kitchen with a cooking island. The modern new fitted kitchen is equipped to a very high standard (Gaggenau/Siemens appliances), including an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, toaster and kettle. The living room also leads to the sleeping area, where a small hallway connects both bedrooms and the new bathroom with natural stone and a spacious shower. One bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be put together to form a 160-cm double bed), satellite TV and a garden view of the lemon trees. From the second bedroom with a double bed (180 cm bed area) and satellite TV, there is an additional balcony with a sea view. In the separate utility room, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for vacation guests. In addition, there is also a lower apartment in Casa Bellavista, which is offered and bookable in a separate Airbnb listing. Both vacation apartments can also be booked together, so that the entire Casa Bellavista and the pool can be used absolutely exclusively (see the third listing). Important: In the Balearic Islands, there is a tourist tax (Ecotasa) that must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over. From the 9th night, this amount is reduced by half during the high season.
