The place is comfortable and super well located for Santo Domingo. It's also quite spacious and very sunny. It's simple to catch Ubers or walk if you want to. There's also parking in the place which can super convenient if you have or rent a car. It's actually on a second floor and facing away from the street, which is a big plus. Bernardita as a host is generous, flexible and friendly. The internet works flawlessly for video calls, didn't even have to think about it, it just worked. Also the washer / dryer is very convenient to have also. I did not cook there but there seemed to be plenty of cookware and cooking utensils. Would definitely stay there again.

This property exceeded all expectations! It’s located in a beautiful and upscale area, and everything about it was top-tier. The decoration was elegant and modern, the rooftop was absolutely stunning, and the entire place had a luxurious feel. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and having six elevators made getting around super convenient. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in the Dominican Republic, this is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium experience!

A very good place to stay with friends

I was happy to visit Mr. Keny's house again because it suit me in location, size and amenities. The owner of the house took great care to ensure that the guests were comfortable during our stay. It was very clean inside. As always, there is everything we needed. For me it is always a reliable place to spend a weekend in the city.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!
