Relax in this calm and private space, located two blocks from Andreazza market and half a block from the sea, and three blocks from Bolzan hotel. With a south and north view of the sea from the apartment's windows, and the entire neighborhood is totally residential, calm and quiet, making it a peaceful and hospitable accommodation. Private garage next to the condominium entrance hall. The entire kitchen with custom-made furniture to better accommodate guests. Sinta-se em casa.

Come and enjoy the wide and quiet beach of Rondinha, staying in our small cozy house. The house has a grassy patio, shady trees, a barbecue and a sea view. We are only 50 meters from the dunes, where nature is preserved. Next to it, we have the Tupancy Municipal Park, where the restinga forest is preserved, and wild animals can be easily spotted. In this Park, two easy and self-guided trails are offered, which end in a lake bath.

The house is two blocks from the sea, the rooms are spacious, and a fenced patio, with space for two cars in the garage. We do not have personal items in the house (pillows, bedding, bath towels) and we do not have chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A small farm within a gated community, with all the security, five minutes from the beach and the center of Arroio do Sal (by car). The site has access to Lagoa Itapeva. Enjoy all the interaction with nature.
