Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arouca

Antonio is a great gentleman and took great care of us during our short stay. This is a really historical house built with solid stones. History happened here. Unfortunately we cannot stay for the full length of our stay because the rough stone stairs and stone walls are dangerous to our crawling baby. This property is better fitted for older kids. Antonio was gracious to give us a refund on the nights and helped us to move to a new location with late checkout (very late). He is always ready to help at any time. We are grateful with all his help.

Really nice place, comfortable and clean. Central location, walk distance to everything. Bed clothes, towels and kitchen equipments with extremely quality.

Notre séjour à Casa Museu a été super malgré que nous n'y soyons demeuré qu'une seule nuit , nous nous souviendrons longtemps de l'endroit car le décor nous donne l'impression de revenir à une autre époque . Antonio et son équipe ont été d'une telle gentillesse, le déjeuner du matin offre un choix varié, tout est propre. Finalement je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés . Merci

Дом находится в одном из самых живописных мест Португалии. Шикарный вид на горы и речку. При заезде хотелось бы более четкую локацию. Во дворе маленький бассейн. Пространства во дворе мало. Просторные лоджии, есть где посидеть вечером, полюбоваться красотой гор и реки. Хороший интернет, чистая, просторная кухня с необходимой посудой. Удобная мебель, в спальне очень удобный матрас. Все отлично, если вы хотите уединиться на несколько дней от городской суеты. Рекомендую.

Wonderful house set away from the road. 5 minute walk to the river downhill, cafes restaurants etc. or 5 minute walk uphill to the Jardim do Morro and the best sunset views. The famous Port Wine houses are on the doorstep.The house is just perfectly sited. After a day walking up and down the alleyways, the house is a peaceful haven at night to return to. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, powerful shower. Nice balcony to enjoy the views and sunsets. Breakfast is included at the local Mercrearia do Bernardino, where Paula and her staff just can't do enough for you. Croissants, bread, cakes, yoghurt, cheese, ham, coffee, tea and more, sets you up for the many hills and steps of Besutiful Gaia and Porto. We will be back soon.

Beautiful and unique place to stay!

Manuel & Helena we're a pleasure to deal with. So friendly and patient when showing all the amenities. The house and property is just spectacular with beautiful views from the many lounging areas. lots of seating around the house and in the pool area. Pool had a great view also. House was great, clean and comfy. Make sure you have at least one meal in the wine cellar area, very cozy. The property is in the heart of the Douro Valley, close to lots to do, but you will want a car to get around. I would recommend this house for up to 3 couples or a family vacation. Except Douro has so much to offer I could have stayed for 2 weeks and never leave the property. Thanks again Helena & Manuel for all the tips for food and adventure. Elisa's apartment is pretty amazing. The location is perfect if you want somewhere that is vibrant with Porto culture as soon as you walk out of the door, but without being swamped with people. The interior is modern and extremely airy and well-laid out, and Elisa is an amazing communicator. We will undoubtedly be visiting again.

We stayed with Rui and Olivia for two nights while in Porto. We had a blast in town and loved their place! Rui met us with the keys, arranged for discounted parking, a tour on the Douro, and spent some time going through a map with us, highligting some great places. The apt is brand new and very comfortable and very central. The place was stalked with fruits and delicious treats that Olivia made herself. We really appreciated the personal touch. Rui and Olivia have a couple of apartments in the building so they were around if we needed anything at all. We loved staying at their apt and would def recommend the apartments to anyone visiting Porto. They had some great restaurant and bar recommends as well!

Très bel appartement, confortable et fonctionnel, quartier calme et accueillant. Terrasse agréable avec une belle vue de jour comme de nuit. Un accueil très sympathique et de très bon conseil. Mention spéciale pour le conseil restaurant non loin, le "kinay" très bonne table !!

Logement très propre, identique aux photos et descriptif, aménagé avec goût et modernité. Pedro et Nikki sont réactifs aux diverses demandes. Accueil flexible, Pedro était présent à notre arrivée, nous a fait visiter l'appartement. Tout le nécessaire de ménage ainsi que les produits ménagers, shampooing et après-shampooing sont à disposition, draps et serviettes de bain fournis (ça c'est top). Au plaisir d'un prochain séjour à Porto, en espérant que votre appartement soit disponible. Dom & Agnès

it was an absolutely fantastic and amazingly beautiful place to stay! The views are just wow, the house is so cool, authentic with so nice art, the room was super clean and comfortable. The girl that helped us with breakfast was super kind and helpful. It was really a great stay and we definitely want to be back here again! :)

Nous avons longuement hésité sur le choix d’appartement à Porto, jusqu’à trouver l’appartement As Vizinhas de Teresa. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons eu l’occasion d’échanger un peu avec notre hôte. Un petit déjeuner composé de café, pain, beurre, confiture, gâteau, fruits, lait, jus d’orange, œufs, jambon et fromage était à notre disposition pour notre séjour. L’appartement qui se trouve en plein centre ville est calme (quelques pas de voisins et des bruits provenant de la cage d’escalier peuvent parfois se faire entendre). L’appartement est très bien réhabilité et avec goût. Un rideau séparant le salon du coin nuit rend l’endroit plus cosy. La salle de bain très bien rénovée paraît un peu plus petite que sur les photos (le wc se trouvant dans la sdb est très proche du lavabo). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Porto qui est une ville en pleine expansion, et avons apprécié de nous retrouver dans ce beau petit appartement très bien décoré.

Week-end passé à Porto, le logement est très bien situé nous avons pu tout faire à pied c’était super! Correspond aux photos, studio très propre, résidence sécurisée. Les murs sont fins on entendait le bruit aux alentours mais cela ne nous a pas gêner. Très satisfaite je recommande sans hésiter.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The house itself is tastefully designed, our suite is spacious, and there’s so much green space to lounge around. Even though we just have a suite, we get to share the large living space with another suite. There’s a comfortable working area as well as an upstairs play room, with musical instruments and a foosball table. Marie and Stephan took great care of us, always making sure we were comfortable. Marie prepared a beautiful breakfast every morning, with homemade French pastries, cakes, yogurt and juice. They truly made us feel welcomed — and you could tell it came from their heart.

Serviço com atenção a cada detalhe. À chegada, fomos surpreendidos com os famosos doces conventuais de uma pastelaria local, o .Come. Estadia 5 estrelas! Sem dúvida uma experiência a repetir. He viajado por muchas ciudades, me he hospedado en muchos hoteles y posadas; he visto y he sentido que es una atención genuina pero jamás comprada a una atención tan cálida como la Candida y Diago. He quedado maravillado con la sencilla y hermosa decoración, con lo limpio y pulcro de todos los espacios. Creo que Diago ( el multifacético gerente) es un mago, tiene un don que Dios le ha dado y ese don lo ha sabido usar pera servir a los invitados. Sí alguna vez vuelvo a Espinho no dudare en quedarme en este encantador lugar. Ame cada segundo que estuve aquí. Gracias por toda la atención…

Espaço muito bonito e de arquitectura bem integrada na paisagem. Cuidado nos pormenores e cama muito confortável. Todos os equipamentos de segurança e desinfeção preparados e de fácil acesso. As funcionárias, Bruna e Isabel, muito simpáticas e disponíveis, sempre atentas. A comunicação com a Vânia também correu muito bem e agradeço a atenção que teve. Recomendo vivamente!

Die Quinta ist ein fantastischer Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und super lecker. Das Haus ist sehr schön offen, lichtdurchflutet und ruhig gelegen. Dennoch gibt es auch separate Ecken, um sich zurück zu ziehen. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern oder Spazieren ein. Wer Städte besuchen möchte, nach Porto oder Aveiro ist es auch nicht weit. Wirklich rundum absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank, dass wir eine fantastische Woche bei euch verbringen durften! Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder!

Adoramos, desde do espaço a decoração. Tudo bonito, organizado e com muito bom gosto. Máxima limpeza. Os anfitriões super prestáveis e simpáticos. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Desfrutamos de dois dias de paz, com uma piscina incrível. Vamos voltar de certeza Obrigada

Diese Unterkunft hat uns einen großartigen Abschluss unseres Roadtrips geschenkt! Wunderschöne saubere Unterkunft, liebenswerte Gastgeber und Empfang, unglaubliches Frühstück, toller Pool und alles nur 30min von Porto entfernt. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben uns auf Nachfrage ein tolles Restaurant empfohlen, das war großartig, lecker, einheimisch. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht hier und hätten gerne mindestens noch eine dran gehangen. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei Diogo! Man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl und man merkt dass er als Host aufgeht und es nicht nur ein Beruf für ihn ist. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und kann bei Fragen immer auf Diogo zukommen. Er gibt einem super viele Tipps bezüglich allem möglichen und auch die Lage ist mit 5 Minuten Gehzeit zum Strand perfekt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)
