Newly renovated in 2024, now with high ceilings and an indoor shower. Cozy soldier's cottage, 25 m2. One room with 2 beds plus 1 bed in the sleeping loft, toilet, shower. AC hot/cold. Kitchen with dining area. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The cottage is cozily located, a bit secluded on a villa plot with a nice orchard. Fun, somewhat unusual plants in the garden. About 1.9 m ceiling height in the kitchen. Other areas have high ceilings. 2-3 minutes' walk to the pizzeria and ÖoB. Öland's center with proximity to everything!

This villa (2023) is located in a quiet area directly adjacent to hiking trails that lead to natural areas and ancient fortresses such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and is about 5 km to both the west and east coasts, 3 km to a grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, and a large, lovely patio. Wi-Fi, games and sports equipment are available.
