Total of 640m2. Nearby is the Golf da Aroeira. In Fonte da Telha there are good restaurants, bars, nautical and diving activities and fishing for Xávega art. Costa da Caparica is 10m away and Lisbon is 20m away.

Golf&Beach Apartment w/ Air-Conditioning - Herdade da Aroeira

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

In this luxurious villa located 5-8 minutes from the golden sands of the beaches of Fonte da Telha and Costa da Caparica, it is ideal to relax and hang out with your family or friends enjoying a fantastic saltwater pool. Pedestrian access to golf courses and paddle in Herdade da Aroeira. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 of them suites). The room overlooks the pool and access to the space where you can enjoy a spacious garden and serve a space for meals.
