Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

In the apartment there is a TV, a radio, a bathroom with WC as well as a shower and a mini kitchen. WIFI is available. There you can find a refridgerator, a sink, a coffee machine and a cooker. Everything to make a nice meal after a long day of hiking in Saxony Switzerland!

Shopping such as bakery and supermarket are also within walking distance.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
