Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Αρμενιστή ,σε ένα απο τα πιο τουριστικά μέρη της Ικαρίας . Σε απόσταση 100 m θα βρείτε εστιατόρια, μπαρ ,σουπέρ μαρκέτ και ΑΤΜ. Οι δυο πιο γνωστές παραλίες του νησιού (Λιβάδι, Μεσακτή) βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση .

Right on the beach. Studio with 3 comfy new beds and a pentry, WC and shower. Large ocean front terrace. Situated on the lovely Kampos beach, right by the ocean. The studio is 40 square meters. Walking distance to nice tavernas and restaurants.
