Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

Τhe apartment includes two bedrooms,two bathrooms(the one of the bedroom has ensuite bathroom)kitchen, living room,courtyard,and free parking space.

The house is located within the village of Armenistis at a point that allows very easy access (2-5 minutes on foot) to shopping (supermarket, souvenir, etc.), dining and leisure (cafes, bars, patisseries) as well as to the two popular beaches of the island, Mesakti and Livadi. The house consists of two rooms and a toilet, while it has a full kitchen and a comfortable balcony with plenty of sea and surrounding area views.
