Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Armenia

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

I loved staying at this place! Super clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was really kind and respectful such a great person. Thanks a lot for making my stay so pleasant. I’d absolutely come back again!

The place is spacious and very well equipped - perfect for a stay with children. Location is vert nice too: Yerevan centre is 15 mins walk, the subway is 5 mins walk. The host - Ara - responds within minutes and everything just works. Thank you Ara - we had a great time at your place!

L'appartement était très bien, Vazgen a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés et plusieurs épiceries dans les alentours. La climatisation était agréable. L'eau chaude était parfois compliquée à régler. Merci à Vazgen de m'avoir aidé à porter les valises 😄

Artavazd was easy to talk to and very responsive — quick to respond to our questions and requests. He also met us by the entrance when we were checking in! The place was in the perfect location — less than 10 mins walk to cascade complex and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Place was kept clean and had lots of sockets. Overall, enjoyed our stay in this place! Highly recommend it!

The apartment looks exactly like the photos—just as beautiful in real life. It was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The instructions provided were super clear and helpful, and the view from the window was amazing. Also, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!

100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Yerevan! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and impeccably clean everything was. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with every amenity thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved being able to step out and instantly have access to so many fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, and great places to explore. It made our 3-day stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable, and we had plenty to do just within walking distance. Souren, the host, was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. Three of us comfortably stayed at Svetlana’s beautiful place and enjoyed our time immensely. Svetlana is very professional in her communication and ensured our check-in/out process was easy and coordinated. The apartment was fully stocked, cleaned, and appeared just as the pictures indicate. The apartment is in a very safe and populated area. Additionally, it was very spacious and more than enough room! The apartment is located in a beautiful spot in Yerevan, near Season’s park. The underground grocery store across the road is heavenly. Nearby, there are many amazing restaurants serving authentic Armenian food along with multiple cafes/coffee shops. You will never run out of things to do in Yerevan, and this cozy house gives you central access. You can feel the heart of the city from this house. Svetlana and her cohost, Gohar, are wonderful hosts who truly care about their guests experience. I hope to stay here again in the future, and I would recommend anybody to stay here!
